All services are customized and may vary based on the scope defined in your onboarding or service agreement.
2. Client Responsibilities
To deliver results, we rely on timely communication and access to requested business materials. You agree to:
Respond to reasonable requests for approvals, branding, or access within a timely manner.
Provide accurate business information (such as service areas, offers, business hours, etc.).
Abide by platform guidelines (e.g., Meta, Google Ads) where applicable.
Failure to cooperate may delay campaign launch or performance, and we are not responsible for delays resulting from unresponsiveness.
3. Payment Terms
All fees are due as outlined in your proposal or onboarding agreement.
Ad spend is typically billed directly via the platform (e.g., Facebook), unless otherwise agreed upon.
If StreamlineSMMLLC fronts ad spend on your behalf, it must be reimbursed as agreed or services may be suspended.
Late or missed payments may result in suspension or termination of services without refund.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
We do not offer refunds for services already rendered. If you wish to cancel ongoing services:
You must notify us in writing at least 7 days before your next billing date.
Any work delivered or paid for prior to cancellation remains the property of StreamlineSMMLLC unless otherwise agreed.
5. Performance Disclaimer
While we leverage proven marketing strategies, we do not guarantee specific results (e.g., number of leads, conversions, sales). Results may vary based on industry, offer quality, market competition, and other external factors.
We are not responsible for:
Low-quality leads (if using lead gen platforms)
Lead follow-up failures on the client’s end
Platform issues outside our control (ad disapprovals, downtime, etc.)
6. Intellectual Property
All creative content (ads, landing pages, copy, graphics, automations) developed by StreamlineSMMLLC remains our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in writing.
You may not reuse, resell, or distribute our materials without our explicit permission. Access to these materials is provided solely for the use of your business during your engagement with us.
7. Confidentiality
We will treat your business information as confidential and not share or sell it to third parties, except as required to deliver your services or as required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StreamlineSMMLLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or data, arising from your use of our services.
